Skiing, Skiing, and more Skiing!

There was a sale on gift cards at Wolf Mountain Ski Resort.  We just had to go up and get some since its the perfect place to take Avery (and now Lily) skiing because it has a magic carpet and not too bad of hills for little kids.   

So we drove up there one Friday to get them and this was before it had really snowed.  However, they had man made snow and one lift open.  There really was only snow along the lift, and green grass everywhere else.   Avery insisted we go skiing.  We didn't actually go on the lift, we just practiced on the little area of snow down to the lift.  Lily didn't really like it too much and was pretty much done after the first run (but maybe because we had to keep hauling her around.)  Avery could have kept going all day long. 

Then, right before Christmas they actually got snow up at the ski resort so Avery & Brian took a daddy-son day up there to go skiing.   They stayed quite a while and Avery told Brian that it was even better than Lagoon!  He got to go up on the big ski hill and everything.
